Isis plans to highlight recent activities at its JP Morgan presentation Wednesday including:
- Update on the Phase 1 ISIS-SMNRx study in which improvements in muscle function were observed in a number of children with spinal muscular atrophy
- Expansion of Isis' pipeline with the addition of three new development candidates, including the first drug to enter development under its collaboration with
